About an order
Include your order number, which you will find on your dashboard, and the transaction hash of your payment. Those two details let us find your order straight away.
Returns and refunds
Message us before you start a return. Orders are placed under our marketplace account, so a return has to be opened from our side. Once the seller refunds us, we send your USDG back to the wallet you paid from.
Security
We will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key, or a wallet signature outside of the checkout on this site. Anyone asking for those, in our name or any other, is trying to steal from you. Ignore them.
Who we are
Shopy is an independent buying service. We are not Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or AliExpress, and we are not affiliated with them. We buy publicly listed products on your behalf and accept payment in USDG.
