What we collect
Only what an order needs. Your email address, your shipping address, the product links you paste, and the public wallet address you pay from. We do not ask for your name beyond the delivery label, your date of birth, or any identity document.
What we never collect
We never see your private keys or your seed phrase. Connecting a wallet lets the site read your public address and ask you to approve a payment. It gives us no ability to move your funds. We do not handle card numbers, because there are none.
Why we need it
The shipping address goes to the marketplace so the parcel reaches you. The email address is used to send your order confirmation and delivery updates. The wallet address lets us match an incoming payment to your order and send a refund if one is due.
Who else sees it
Your shipping address is passed to the marketplace and its carrier, because that is how the parcel gets delivered. Order details are sent to our own team notification channel. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Stored in your browser
Your cart, your saved address and email, and your order history are kept in your own browser so the site remembers them between visits. Clearing your browser data removes them. That copy lives on your device, not on our servers.
On-chain data is public
Payments are recorded on a public blockchain. The amount, the sending address, and the receiving address are visible to anyone, permanently, and we cannot delete them. Your email and shipping address are never written on-chain.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we may still need them for delivery, returns, or accounting. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us. Deleting your order record does not remove the blockchain transaction, which nobody can erase.
