Terms of Service

Shopy is a buying service. You give us a link to a product listed on a third-party marketplace. We buy that item on your behalf and have it shipped to the address you give us. You pay us in USDG, a stablecoin, instead of with a card.

Shopy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AliExpress, or any other marketplace. We name those marketplaces only to describe which product links we accept. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The price shown comes from the marketplace listing at the moment you paste the link. We add a service fee of 2 percent, shown separately before you pay. Network gas is paid separately in ETH by your own wallet.

Marketplace prices change without notice. If the price moves significantly between your payment and our purchase, we will contact you to either refund the difference or cancel and refund the order in full.

Payments settle on Robinhood Chain. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Once a transaction is confirmed, we cannot undo it. Refunds, where they apply, are sent as a new transaction to the wallet you paid from.

Check the address and amount before you confirm in your wallet. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, sent on the wrong network, or lost through a compromised wallet.

We will not buy items that are illegal where you are or where we operate, including weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and anything requiring a licence we do not hold. We may refuse any order and refund it.

Delivery times come from the marketplace and the carrier, not from us. We pass on tracking information as soon as we receive it. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or import duties, which are your responsibility.

Returns follow the policy of the marketplace and seller the item came from. Contact us before starting a return so we can open the case, since the order sits under our account. Refunds are returned to you in USDG at the amount recovered, less any fee the seller withholds.

Shopy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
